Employers Agent/Client Representative

Our Employer’s Agent service goes beyond the normal Client’s Representative role. We will work with you to establish the full scope of the project and compile an Employer’s Requirements documentation to communicate it clearly.

• We will manage the risks in a proactive and practical way and ensure these are reported to you with options for dealing with them.
• We will work up a comprehensive budget for the project and deliver it within desired constraints
• We will focus on building long term partnerships with your preferred contractors, designers and supply chain and explore innovative procurement strategies that have been proved to deliver better value.
• We will report progress tactfully and constructively on a regular basis in a clear and useful format.
• In all we will take the lead in delivering the project to your absolute satisfaction in a way that ensures certainty of out-turn from the moment we are briefed.
