Operational Monitoring

Once a PFI scheme is operational, investment and resources are directed to maintaining the assets and delivering a range of soft services. Managing the risk in the operational phase depends on meeting the required service performance standards and administering the payment mechanism.

Our clients can be the Funders, the SPV or the Authority which means that our comprehensive monitoring services are tailored to address their needs within the particular project.

These services take the form of technical advice on building-related issues and maintenance; contract compliance; on-going service (lifecycle) monitoring; periodic audits, which includes the important issues of insurances and effectiveness of working relationships; payment mechanism analysis; resourcing; Health & Safety, environment & sustainability; or to address specific issues or problems that have been identified.
