Construction Stage Monitoring

Once building work has started on site, our construction phase monitoring service assures investors that their project is being independently reviewed by senior, qualified and experienced personnel during this crucial stage of project delivery.

Acting as a member of the project team, representing the investors’ interests, we provide regular reports and technical advice on matters such as health & safety, quality, environment, sustainability, construction progress, draw-downs and cash flows, relationships and other technical issues as they arise – all with suitable analysis. 

Also, in conjunction with the contractor or consortium’s project manager, we will value the works and agree the monthly payments that are to be made to the building contractor.

Our monthly reports are concise, impartial and presented using our respected, risk-based ‘warning-light’ methodology – enabling immediate identification of areas for concern, backed by our firm opinion and recommendations. This also ensures that potential problems are managed in good time.
