Employer's Agent

Our I&PFConsultancy team administer projects on behalf of a client or employer (Employer's Agent), taking care of matters that include:

• Project execution plans (PEP), & communication plans
• Developing ‘employer’s requirements’ documentation alongside the client and other consultants
• Interim/final payment certificates for valuations of works and materials on and off site
• Management of variations; health & safety, environmental, sustainability and quality issues;
• Construction progress monitoring and reporting; Certificates of practical completion and accompanying schedules of defective works; and snagging schedules & management; and Defects inspections and certificates at the end of the liability period.

Our monthly reports are clear, concise, impartial and presented using our respected, risk-based ‘warning light’ methodology, backed by our firm opinion and recommendations.

This also ensures that our clients can immediately identify areas for concern so that potential problems are managed in good time. This therefore helps reduce risks, and maximise the success of the project.
