Technical Due Diligence

We provide a range of due diligence services related to FM services provision on both pre-operational and during the operational phases of a contract.

Our due diligence advice helps our clients to identify any potential risks before commitment to proceed to contract stage is made. We will undertake detailed evaluation of the contract documents, such as the Project Agreement, Service Agreements and financial models, attend site inspections, liaison with the service providers and customers. We will advise on contract mechanisms and payment provisions.
