Philip is a highly experienced Project Manager with significant Academy experience leading projects from appointment to opening. He has a thorough understanding of the Academy project management process and adapts his team’s approach to meet the specific needs of each project.  He has steered project teams through complex and challenging issues, for example early recruitment of Principals and Senior Leaders, accelerated programmes, integrating diverse schools to become Academies, challenging consultation exercises, complex federation legal arrangements, co-location negotiations with special schools, primary schools and community facilities.
