Kevin co-manages our Academy Project Management and Education team and as such has a complete understanding of the complexities involved in all aspects of Academy delivery through feasibility and implementation. He is involved directly in the day-to-day running of projects, attending PSG, DUG and stakeholder meetings and ensuring that comprehensive, deliverable project plans are prepared by our team and that everyone is aware of roles and responsibilities. Kevin establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both sponsors and the DfE teams who value his thorough, conscientious, approach and ability to keep even the most complex projects moving forward. He is particularly skilled at resolving governance, legal, financial and design issues.
