Described recently by one headteacher as a ‘Lifeline’, the HeadLine training programme is having an amazing impact in primary schools across the country, but don’t just take our word for it:
HeadLine has made a huge impact on our self-evaluation. We feel more equipped as a Senior Management Team to drive our school forward and have a sharper and more thorough understanding of the direction in which we need to move. Sharron Philpot, Headteacher of Devonshire Infant School
- moved from Good to Outstanding in 2010 Ofsted Inspection

The programme is designed for headteachers and senior leaders but will benefit anyone with an interest in school improvement
Our course runs over seven non-consecutive days:
We also run a number of 1 and 2 day seminars covering different elements of the programme:

HeadLine is most effective where groups of schools work together as ‘critical friends’.
