To be contemplating setting up a free school you’ve thought long and hard about how children could be provided with a better, more fulfilling education and with a choice that might not exist. You have an inspiring vision for a school with a special focus, ethos and culture. Your vision becomes our brief.

Great buildings are just one aspect of a new school - delivering your vision and ethos is more critical.  Your vision is what will inform who, what, how and where teaching and learning takes place. Our job is to help you make it happen in the easiest, most effective way.

We are an employee-owned enterprise of enthusiastic educationalists and project managers.

We have the credibility of having set up over 30 new Academies nationwide under a DfE framework of approved providers. Our team has also worked on one of only two parent promoted schools that have already opened in the country. We also work with lots of primary schools helping them to develop strong leadership teams and to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Over the years we’ve worked with the DfE, teachers, headteachers and Ofsted inspectors and planned and overseen the construction of numerous school buildings.  We’ve got to know what really works and what doesn’t. It is this sort of knowledge that can really help you when you are trying to map out a way forward for your school.

Through our Associate network we can give you access to a wide range of schools specialisms.
