The Building Surveying unit were employed to undertake the design and contract administration for the alteration and refurbishment of the Sports Centre’s original male changing area on the first floor at the University Of Kent.

The scope of the works involved within the project were the complete stripping out and opening up of the male changing room area and the creation of male and female staff changing facilities including showers, 2 offices and a staff room. The involvement of Appleyards in this project was the extension of original works undertaken previously to both the roof plant room and ground floor female changing facilities.
