With the opening of the high profile Tate Modern, Tate’s Estates team sought a change management programme to overhaul how their facilities were operated and maintained. We were brought in to review and advise on a new way way of managing facilities and were responsilbe for the procurement and implementation of a new Facilities Management contract for Tate Modern, Tate Britain and Tate Liverpool.

The commission involved a thorough assessment of current FM and Asset Management strategies, advice on FM procurement, the management of tender procedures. Following a complex tender evaluation process by our team and The Tate, a single FM contract was successfully awarded. Once the contract was operational our commission was further extended to undertake a technical review and status report to ensure contract compliance and value for money were being achieved
