Appleyards Building Surveying were approached by the Project Centre on behalf of Ealing Council to undergo street and cellar surveys to 54 properties along Bond Street and New Broadway, London in support  and anticipation of street  landscaping works that are due to be carried out by Ealing Council in late 2009.

Condition Surveys of the shop frontages and retail unit cellars were initially carried out by means of photographic and written summaries. The descriptions and photographs gathered were then compiled into reports which were presented to the client, in order for them and the property owners to have a written record of the condition and a means of substantiating or dismissing claims for damage caused as a consequence of the works.
