The Innovation Centre in central Reading is a high-tech facility designed to encourage and develop innovative, ‘blue-sky’ thinking for stakeholders sited across the UK. Fitted-out to a high specification with all the latest audio-visual and training equipment, this facility provides an innovative approach to the use of office and conference space.

The Appleyards FM team was responsible for providing a flexible, total FM service, ensuring the completion of all hard and soft services. In addition the team provided a responsive service to any on-site maintenance and estate issues. We also provided a rigorous hygiene and cleaning service which ensures that the facility remains in first-class condition for the many visiting teams that use it.

Our philosophy revolved around ensuring that we are always behind the scenes, managing our client’s premises as efficiently as possible.
