Environmental upgrade of three, three storey blocks of flats constructed circa 1960. Within each block there are 18 flats, 12 no. one bed flats and 6 no. 3 bed flats. Approximately one third of these flats are leasehold occupation, with the remainder tenanted and with mhs having the freehold on the blocks.

Appleyards undertook a feasibility study into the environmental upgrade of the properties recommending mitigation measures for such items as weathertightness, thermal and energy efficiency, condensation problems, DDA requirements, boiler renewals, fire precautions, and general aesthetic improvements to the buildings and surrounding landscape.
