We were appointed to design and implement an assumptions, opportunities and risk capture process involving multiple internal stakeholders and delivery organisations and support the development of whole-life asset renewal strategies and costings as a part of LUL’s preparation for Periodic Review of the PPP. This included:

• Providing Strategic Risk Management.
• Initiating a detailed stakeholder management system.
• Implementation of an assumptions capture and communication process.
  Cost and Cash flow modelling for all strategies.

As a result of the above, the resulting benefits included:

• Stakeholders were engaged and able to feedback which resulted in the minimisation of re-work.
• Risk management became more focussed and was approached with the knowledge of system-wide knock-on impacts.
• Intelligent solutions were created through a thorough knowledge of the holistic uncertainty.
• Whole life asset strategies became robust defensible and well communicated and were suitable as benchmarks for the assessment of the delivery organisation’s proposals.
