Appleyards Building Surveying was commissioned by Medway Council for the design and Project Management of their Decent Homes Programme in the Medway Towns for completion by March 2010. Appleyards were requested to deliver the programme of Decent Homes Works to 1800 properties on the basis of a comprehensive Schedule of Rates in a very short time frame.

The commission also included the appointment of the Project Team, including the QS, Clerk of Works, M&E Consultants and CDMc
