In October 2007, Appleyards  were commissioned to provide Managing Agent services for the next 3 years to 4 buildings (Redhill, Park Royal, London and Oldham) that comprise the UK estate of this International company specialising in Automated Fare Collection systems. 

As part of this Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance Contract, Appleyards has worked in close consultation with the Cubic facilities team, to identify the key operational areas of Cubic’s business and  to develop and agree a strict and robust KPI system. These KPIs are analysed and reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure that the service being delivered meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of the Cubic facilities team.
