The Building Surveying Team was appointed to act as the party wall surveyors by the Carnival Village Trust in respect of their proposed redevelopment of their centre. The demolition and rebuilding of the centre fell within the Party Wall Act 1996 affecting some 30 neighbouring properties. As party wall surveys we issued formal notices to the neighbours and entered into discussions with them and their appointed surveyors to reach agreed awards.
